📋 Description

• Optimize sales resources and make cold calls or other cold inquiries to generate leads • Understand products, market segments, acronyms, and regulatory terminology to conduct initial sales discussions with potential LATAM customers • Partner with Territory Sales Managers, Sales Manager, and Business Unit Manager to follow up on qualified leads and convert them into Hygiena customers • Enter outreach activity into the MS 365 CRM system in a timely manner • Monitor relevant segments, current food recalls, and competitive offerings; adjust tactics and call strategies accordingly • Report market knowledge to the Regional Sales Manager • Follow organizational systems, programs, training, policies, procedures, and legal requirements • Participate in the safety program and follow the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program • Perform responsibilities honestly, ethically, professionally, and safely • Handle other duties delegated by the Regional Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment • Preference for 2 years of sales experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Results-driven mindset and customer-service orientation • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and grow • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment • Must have excellent attention to detail • Must be able to adapt to a changing environment • Must be customer focused • Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
