📋 Description

• Oversee management control activities across several areas of the company, including monthly closings, budgeting, reforecasting, and financial reporting • Ensure the reliability of financial analyses, monitor performance indicators, and identify business risks and opportunities • Support operational leadership in managing their activities by providing relevant analyses and data-driven recommendations • Manage, engage, and develop one team member, ensuring the quality of deliverables and supporting their skills development • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures, management tools, and internal control frameworks • Contribute to cross-functional finance projects and coordinate selected audits or strategic analyses in collaboration with the various departments • Work closely with operational leadership, the Finance Director, and the Group

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Finance, Management Control, or Business • Proven experience in management control, ideally in an international environment • Successful initial management experience or a strong interest in team leadership • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools • Professional working proficiency in English • Leadership, strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally
