📋 Description

• Manage and support a team of administrative managers (approximately 10 employees). • Organize and monitor the team's activities to achieve set objectives. • Lead, motivate and drive team dynamics. • Conduct positioning and evaluation meetings with the managers in your unit. • Carry out positioning and evaluation interviews, define individual objectives and identify required support and training needs. • Develop your team members' skills and ensure their professional progression. • Oversee the service's operations using supervision tools and produce regular reports. • Stay informed on developments in your area of activity. • Participate, as the business referent, in projects to optimize the organization of activities (processes, tools, information systems) or in cross-functional assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven first-line management experience, ideally in customer relations or a call center. • Strong managerial drive and leadership skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills, adaptability and analytical mindset. • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. • Dynamism, responsiveness and commitment. • Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
