📋 Description

• Manage and support a team of administrative managers (approximately 10 people). • Organize and monitor the team's activity to achieve set objectives. • Lead, motivate and drive team dynamics. • Conduct positioning and performance review meetings with the managers in your department. • Carry out positioning and evaluation interviews, set individual objectives and identify training and support needs. • Develop your team members' skills and ensure their career progression. • Oversee the department's activity using supervisory tools and produce regular reports. • Keep up-to-date with developments in your area of expertise. • Act as a business referent on projects to optimize activity organization (processes, tools, information systems) or participate in cross-functional assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven initial experience in frontline management, ideally in customer relations or a call center. • Strong managerial drive and leadership skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Organizational ability, adaptability and analytical mindset. • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach. • Energy, responsiveness and commitment. • Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
