📋 Description

• Define and execute the testing strategy for critical e-commerce journeys and integrations • Implement and maintain a UI E2E test suite in Playwright with TypeScript • Structure Page Object/Screenplay patterns, fixtures, test data, and parallelization • Execute cross-browser, responsive, and stability testing in CI • Design and automate REST API tests and, where applicable, GraphQL tests • Implement consumer-driven contract tests between the Frontend, BFF, and APIs • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, reports, and evidence • Support acceptance criteria, DoR/DoD, and traceability between requirements, stories, tests, and evidence • Work with React Frontend, Java Backend, Architecture, UX/UI teams, and stakeholders in Scrum/Kanban environments • Perform root cause analysis, defect triage, and continuous improvement • Monitor execution metrics, recurring failures, flakiness, and pipeline duration • Deliver a stable Playwright E2E suite for priority journeys • Deliver API and contract test coverage for critical BFFs/APIs integrated into CI/CD • Produce auditable reports and evidence with traces and Jira links • Create standards and documentation to support the evolution of automation and handover to the company’s team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in QA • 5+ years of experience in QA for complex web applications, serving as a technical reference • Advanced proficiency in Playwright for UI E2E automation, preferably with TypeScript • Knowledge of Page Object/Screenplay patterns, fixtures, test data, and parallelization • Experience with cross-browser execution in Chromium, WebKit, and Firefox • Experience with responsive testing, CI stability, sharding, and execution in containers/CI • Strong experience with REST API testing; GraphQL is desirable where applicable • Knowledge of authentication, pagination, versioning, and contract validation • Hands-on experience with Pact contract testing and/or OpenAPI/JSON Schema validation • Experience with Git and CI/CD, including pipeline debugging and headless testing • Knowledge of Docker for running and troubleshooting automated test suites • Knowledge of enterprise integrations using Kong API Gateway and Keycloak IdP • Experience with structured logs, Playwright traces, and JUnit/Allure reports or equivalent • Knowledge of Jira + Xray/Zephyr/TestRail • Senior-level profile with autonomy and the ability to prioritize based on risk/value and negotiate test scope • Clear communication in Portuguese • English reading and writing skills for documentation and interaction with global teams • Collaboration with Development, UX, and Architecture teams to support shift-left practices • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and/or Spartacus/Composable Storefront is a plus • Experience in complex B2B environments is a plus • Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA integrations is a plus • Knowledge of axe-core, Lighthouse, k6, and/or JMeter is a plus
