📋 Description

• Oversee project and programme management workstreams • Ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations • Develop and execute project plans • Lead cross-functional teams implementing project activities • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and define project scope • Mentor and guide team members • Drive development of project documentation and reports • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies • Contribute to organizational growth through project leadership and strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline • Solid project and programme management experience • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
