• Deliver clinical trial analytics and generate insights for feasibility operations and predictive trial enrollment • Identify and deliver solutions for disease-specific market analysis, benchmarking, country tiering, site selection, and enrollment modelling • Collaborate with FAMs, the Feasibility Analytics Head, Feasibility Analytics Innovation team, and Global Feasibility Leads • Implement and utilize new technology initiatives related to feasibility and enrollment modelling • Work with feasibility and operational databases and technology platforms; collect clinical data, generate insights, review findings with feasibility teams, and optimize patient enrollment scenarios • Provide standard analytical product package E2E services for feasibility within Global Development • Perform benchmarking, competitive landscape analysis, country tiering, and site profiling • Create enrollment projections, facilitate plan building, and track study enrollment progress using information systems such as Monte Carlo Simulations and Study Optimizer • Validate, check, and manage complete production of standard analytical packages through internal and vendor teams • Consult with Global Feasibility Heads/Leads and connect data insights to trial operational design and efficiency • Provide data-driven intelligence for program planning, protocol design, country and site placement, and enrollment modelling • Collect and report clinical trial performance metrics • Drive implementation and improvement of feasibility initiatives, processes, and technologies • Support Feasibility Leads with recruitment rates, site numbers, enrollment estimates, country footprint, startup timelines, protocol criteria impact, and site and patient profiles • Serve as a subject matter expert for operational feasibility systems • Track efficiencies from technology initiatives related to program planning, country and site selection, enrollment tracking, and protocol optimization • Partner with CROs on operational enrollment technology and business processes • Promote KPIs and optimizing practices within therapeutic areas, data analytics, and technologies; escalate technology and vendor issues as needed • Coordinate with Feasibility Data Sciences to create data-generated insights and visualizations • Participate in Global Development initiatives and assigned system projects • Establish data analytics methodologies for operational and feasibility insights • Develop and train other FAMs in new technologies and methodologies • Establish thought leadership in feasibility analytics • Participate in Feasibility Data Scientist projects and drive innovation
• Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in a scientific or health-related discipline • At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial execution with a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO • Expertise in drug development, clinical trial operations, and strategic planning • Oncology/Cross Therapeutic Area experience; Oncology is a plus • Experience in driving and implementing new technologies • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work in a rapidly growing organization • Strong understanding and experience with information systems such as CTMS and Study Optimizer • Understanding of basic statistical and epidemiological principles • Ability to apply data insights to optimize a strategy or scenario • Strong planning and tracking skills; customer focused, well organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects • Excellent time, priority, and self-management capabilities • Proficient MS Office capabilities, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience in statistical analysis and analytical models, especially enrollment modelling, simulation, and forecasting • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations data • Advanced skills in MS Office, Tableau, or other visualization software • Effective leadership skills and proven ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
