📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the processing and tracking of investigator payments. • Coordinate pricing and investigator payments delivery. • Resolve payment-related issues and ensure timely delivery of investigator payments. • Manage the end-to-end process of investigator payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues. • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all investigator payments, adhering to internal and external audit requirements. • Provide guidance and training to junior staff on payment processes and compliance standards. • Manage communication and relationships with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to address queries and payment concerns. • Develop team capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. • Advanced English proficiency is required. • Experience in financial operations, preferably in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
