📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day clinical trial management activities, supporting the team to deliver quality outcomes • Manage the overall operational aspects of clinical trial projects, from study initiation through to close-out • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals • Oversee the performance of Clinical Trial Managers and study teams, providing guidance and support as needed • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and internal policies throughout the trial process • Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field • Significant experience in clinical trial management, with a proven track record of leading successful trials • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and GCP in clinical research • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex project challenges • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
