📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Patient Care Solutions projects for clinical trials • Ensure project alignment with clinical trial objectives and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with clinical operations and technology specialists to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules • Monitor project progress to ensure successful outcomes • Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement • Address project-related challenges • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery • Support the team in delivering quality outcomes • Develop the team and manage competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline • Proven project management experience within the clinical research industry, specifically related to patient care solutions • Solid project and programme management experience • Ability to manage competing priorities and develop the team • Strong leadership skills • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Focus on achieving project goals and timelines • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in project-related activities • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 10% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
