📋 Description

• Independently manage the Limburg Province territory and customer base to increase recurring diagnostic revenue and attain quarterly medical device equipment sales • Increase utilization of in-house diagnostic tests and assays, instrument consumables, reference laboratory profiles, and advanced tests • Collaborate and co-sell with other IDEXX sales professionals to close capital equipment and technology sales • Educate and train veterinary clinic staff about products, services, marketing initiatives, and customer service engagement • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of IDEXX products and services • Communicate customer needs and competitive issues to IDEXX marketing and the business unit manager • Partner with and assist laboratory operations to resolve customer questions and service issues • Present IDEXX's values and demonstrate understanding of the veterinary industry, practices, customers, technology, operations, and processes • Attend trade shows and educational events in the region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three or more years of proven experience successfully managing your own sales territory • Territory management sales experience in the veterinary/animal health industry, Human Healthcare medical device sales, dental device sales, and/or prior capital equipment sales • Ability to work well with others in a highly team-oriented, collaborative, sales environment • Ability to meet field sales requirements including extensive car travel, overnight travel if needed, potential weekend work for tradeshows or occasional meetings, and lifting up to 60 pounds • Comfortable going into veterinary clinics and hospital environments • Fluent in English and Dutch
