🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia en ambientes de soporte técnico • Mínimo 1-2 años de experiencia • Conocimiento y práctica comprobada en roles de Gestión de Cambio o Gestión de Liberaciones – Es un PLUS • Certificación ITIL – deseable pero no obligatorio • Habilidad de comunicación con múltiples stakeholders • Pensamiento estratégico y táctico • Altos deseos de superación
