🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of working experience in process improvement and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within the IT Sector • Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field • Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency best practices • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal • Fluency in English, both spoken and written • We seek team members who live in Portugal or are willing and legally qualified to live and work there
