📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 business English coaching sessions to executive learners over Zoom • Select and sequence content from the library for each learner • Build supplementary material where learner goals require it • Work through professional scenarios including meetings, negotiations, presentations, and cross-cultural communication • Coach pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and professional writing • Write actionable post-session feedback • Track progress and adjust each learner's path • Communicate proactively with the instructional team

🎯 Requirements

• Four or more years providing 1:1 business or executive English coaching to working professionals • Experience building individualized programs for corporate or executive clients • Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or Business Communication, or equivalent depth of professional experience • Strong command of English pronunciation and professional writing conventions in business contexts • Experience with formal pronunciation assessment • Ability to model General American English pronunciation and idiomatic business usage • Available to offer regular session times within JST business hours • Comfortable using Zoom and learning new platforms • Organized, reliable, and professional
