📋 Description

• Design and iterate end-to-end interaction and visual design solutions for complex, multi-step enterprise and product workflows • Translate business requirements and user needs into scalable, reusable, and intuitive product solutions • Build lightweight interactive prototypes to communicate concepts, demonstrate motion and state transitions, and validate interaction flows • Collaborate with product managers and front-end engineers throughout implementation • Produce clean, developer-ready specifications, redlines, edge cases, and comprehensive error states • Communicate design rationales clearly across distributed global teams • Create intuitive, scalable interaction models for complex platform workflows • Deliver engineering-ready, accessible, and coherent experiences for enterprise administrators/employers and end-users

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of professional product UX (User Experience) design experience • Mandatory portfolio demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented digital product work with end-to-end ownership • Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals • Experience with problem-solving context, rationale, edge cases, responsive design, and accessibility • High proficiency in Figma for production-ready design assets and component specifications • Proven direct collaboration with product management and engineering teams through production release • Good connectivity to a client-provisioned AWS WorkSpace region • Completion of the AWS WorkSpace connectivity test and submission of a screenshot with the application • Background in platform products, administrative dashboards, internal tools, or complex settings/configuration interfaces preferred • Experience with established corporate design systems and component libraries preferred • Experience designing forms, multi-step questionnaires, applicant screening tools, or structured survey flows preferred • Experience with white-label, multi-brand, configurable, or dual-persona platforms preferred • Familiarity with modern AI-assisted design and prototyping tools preferred • Ability to work asynchronously across US, JST, and IST time zones • English required for interviews, documentation, and daily communication
