📋 Description
• Independently design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, and platform configurations • Implement platform configurations and custom code aligned with Salesforce architecture standards, governor limits, object relationships, and granular data-sharing models • Design, build, and optimize secure REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce, third-party platforms, and external enterprise systems using middleware • Build and configure partner- and client-facing digital experiences using Experience Cloud and PRM frameworks • Support AI-driven platform initiatives by incorporating Agentforce capabilities into automated workflows and business processes • Maintain Git-based version control workflows and comprehensive unit test coverage • Participate in peer code reviews and drive automated CI/CD deployments • Diagnose and resolve production defects • Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and code execution to eliminate governor-limit bottlenecks • Produce detailed architectural and runbook documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 6 to 8 years of hands-on technical Salesforce development experience at a senior level • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows • Deep understanding of Salesforce multi-tenant architecture, data model optimization, security architecture, sharing models, and platform governance • Proven experience developing point-to-point and middleware-driven integrations using REST and SOAP web services • Development and configuration experience across Salesforce Clouds, specifically Sales Cloud and enterprise CRM modules • Hands-on experience managing feature branches, merges, and deployment automation using Git-based repositories and CI/CD pipelines • Must be able to operate entirely within an enterprise-provisioned Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AWS WorkSpaces) • Must submit proof of passing network latency via an official AWS WorkSpace health check screenshot • Experience working in Agile teams and remote environments • Fluent English for daily communication • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, autonomous agent configuration, and AI prompt integration is nice to have • Experience building partner portals, external communities, and PRM solutions on Experience Cloud is nice to have • Experience delivering complex cross-cloud release cycles and supporting major production deployments is nice to have
