📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings • Manage investor pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the investor lifecycle • Represent clients professionally while communicating investment opportunities and company updates • Support capital raising initiatives by engaging qualified prospective investors and scheduling meetings • Use the proprietary investor management platform to track activity, manage communications, and maintain accurate records • Coordinate investor onboarding and assist with documentation throughout the investment process • Collaborate with the assigned client and InvestorOps leadership team to execute fundraising strategies • Meet individual performance goals and KPIs related to investor engagement, pipeline management, and capital raising activity • Continuously develop knowledge of private capital markets, fundraising strategies, and investor communications

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investor conversations simultaneously • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Professional, confident, and consultative communication style • Highly accountable with strong attention to detail • Comfortable speaking with executives, investors, and business owners • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about private capital markets • Experience meeting performance goals, KPIs, sales targets, or relationship management metrics • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, finance, wealth management, financial services, fundraising, or business development is a bonus • Experience working with accredited investors or high-net-worth individuals is a bonus • FINRA licenses (Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, or similar), where applicable, are a bonus • Experience supporting Regulation D offerings, private placements, or alternative investments is a bonus • Capital raising certifications or other professional fundraising credentials are a bonus • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a bonus • Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a bonus • Must be available to work during U.S. business hours, primarily Eastern Time • Must be open to an independent contractor engagement
