📋 Description

• Maintain the platform in operational condition • Handle incidents and related requests • Implement and maintain the backup plan • Ensure the patching of platform machines and managed services • Set up and optimize alerting and monitoring in accordance with standards • Implement FinOps reporting and provide optimization recommendations • Understand and actively participate in DevOps ceremonies • Deploy new application versions through CI/CD • Operate business-critical Azure cloud solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bac +5 equivalent) • At least 5 years of experience operating business-critical solutions in an Azure cloud environment • Proficiency with an ITSM tool • Strong knowledge of change, incident, and problem management processes • ITIL 4 certification preferred • Microsoft Azure certification, at minimum AZ-900 and AZ-104; additional certifications are a plus • Terraform certification • Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing) • Availability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations • Strong sense of responsibility and sound decision-making skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in an environment requiring high availability, responsiveness, and service continuity
