📋 Description

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business departments (procurement, sales, logistics, and supply chain) • Draft detailed functional specifications and propose solutions aligned with Sage X3 best practices and business objectives • Configure Sage X3 Trade modules while taking industry-specific requirements into account • Oversee unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases • Coordinate technical teams and ensure the quality of deliverables • Train key users and prepare functional documentation • Provide post-go-live support • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and propose relevant system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Sage X3 Functional Consultant, with strong expertise in the Trade modules • Strong knowledge of distribution business processes, including procurement, sales, inventory, logistics, pricing, and commercial terms • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (CIO/IT leadership, supply chain leadership, and sales leadership) • Excellent understanding of ERP project lifecycles (scoping, design, deployment, and support) • Self-motivated, rigorous, customer-oriented, and analytical • Experience with multi-site or international environments is a plus • Proficiency in Sage X3 Trade modules: ACH, VEN, GESSTO, GESSOH, etc.
