📋 Description

• Organize and lead periodic governance meetings, project steering committees, and meetings with software publisher and systems integrator teams • Establish and regularly update schedules for major and minor changes • Provide detailed periodic reporting on assigned workstreams • Coordinate teams and client stakeholders regarding major issues and incidents, and track their resolution • Manage the functional and technical teams responsible for maintenance activities in accordance with agreed SLAs and quality standards • Identify, assess, and analyze new requirements • Document the maintenance perimeter and scope • Manage all TMA activities, including specifications, test analysis and validation, and configuration files • Ensure that all prerequisites for maintaining the solution are met in accordance with agreed specifications and design documents • Validate deliverables against client requirements and quality standards • Prepare, plan, and execute documented tests • Monitor and measure team performance and deliverable quality • Establish corrective action plans • Monitor the financial performance of assigned activities to meet TMA revenue and margin objectives • Participate in organizational committees within the TMA department, including profitability, staffing, forecasting, and monitoring committees • Drive industrialization initiatives to ensure delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing SAP maintenance projects • Management background • Strong written and spoken French and English; English is used with certain clients and software publishers • Excellent communication skills • Ability to prioritize, listen, adapt, coordinate, and manage projects • Customer-oriented mindset • Team spirit • Strong sense of commitment • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including projects, studies, and issues
