📋 Description

• Define and operationalize strategy in line with regulatory requirements and business challenges • Define Target Operating Models for the key functions of insurance organizations • Support clients in designing and successfully delivering projects, particularly through governance and performance measurement enabled by data • Implement RPA and AI technology solutions • Support the integration of ESG criteria and emerging climate-related risks into Compliance & Risk frameworks and non-financial reporting • Deploy innovative solutions to accelerate decarbonization and strengthen sustainability and biodiversity • Transform information systems and drive operational excellence through AI & Data use cases • Support insurers in strengthening internal controls, mapping risks, and managing the implementation of remediation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of a leading business school, engineering school, political studies institute, or top-tier university in France or abroad • Strong interest in financial services generally • Proven experience in consulting and/or working with financial institutions • Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
