📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance services for SAP applications • Support users from different countries in an international environment • Analyze and resolve SAP incidents • Support business users • Implement minor system enhancements • Participate in activities related to the ongoing enhancement and corrective maintenance of financial processes • Ensure the operational continuity of SAP systems • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes • Provide functional support and assistance to end users • Manage and track tickets within established SLAs • Provide support for financial processes • Participate in functional testing and solution validation • Prepare and update functional documentation • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders from different regions • Participate in operational meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in SAP functional support • Solid experience with SAP FI • Knowledge of Banking and Treasury processes • Knowledge of file generation via DMEE • Knowledge of VAT management • Knowledge of Brazilian Nota Fiscal processes • Knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting • Knowledge of data uploads using LSMW • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes • Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments • Analytical skills for investigating and resolving issues • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in multicultural teams • Intermediate to advanced conversational Spanish (mandatory) • Preferred: Knowledge of CO-PA and Concur
