📋 Description

• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria by breaking down epics for integration and reporting use cases • Lead feature and data product kickoffs • Facilitate estimation sessions and story readiness for sprint planning • Collaborate with developers and testers to validate completed stories and obtain client sign-off • Partner with technical leads and client SMEs to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and technically feasible • Support client product backlog management and prioritization • Conduct backlog refinement sessions and track backlog health and sprint progress using Jira • Identify and escalate risks or blockers and maintain dependency visibility • Act as liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and sign-offs • Support data product-to-data-source mapping and target-to-source field mappings • Understand and articulate data reconciliation, data quality, and transformation rules within medallion architecture • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and show-and-tell sessions • Maintain and communicate delivery roadmaps on Jira or similar tools • Contribute to continuous improvement discussions and retrospectives • Track and report team health metrics and delivery KPIs • Produce end-of-sprint reports and support automated reporting • Collaborate with account and delivery leadership as part of the Account Leadership Team • Provide analytical insights into client pain points and support improvement or growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst in Agile delivery environments, Scrum or Kanban • Skilled in user story writing, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills connecting business and technical contexts • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills • Strong experience in data and analytics projects, including data lineage, transformation, and quality • Client-mandated travel may be required depending on the client • Excellent knowledge of SQL • Exposure to BI/reporting and DWH integration use cases • Understanding of medallion data architecture and/or modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake • Experience in technology consultancy or data transformation programs • CV submitted in English and PDF format • Internal communication in English • Applicants may need to provide up-to-date proof of a clean criminal record at the final hiring stage • Applicants must be legally authorised to work for an employer in the country of application without sponsorship
