📋 Description

• Create design deliverables for digital, print, social media, and campaign assets following established brand guidelines • Execute visual concepts across web, presentations, print, and marketing materials • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with the team to ensure high-quality print output • Support art direction by translating strategic briefs into polished, production-ready designs • Collaborate with internal teams (design, brand, marketing) and external partners to deliver on-brand work • Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all design output • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with high-quality execution • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset libraries

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing strong digital, marketing, and brand design work • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience with motion, AI, and 3D tools is a plus • Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy • Experience executing brand guidelines and digital design workflows • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to prioritize, collaborate, and work independently on assigned tasks • Understanding of web design principles • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus • Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus
