• Respond to level 1 and 2 support tickets, applying workarounds to incidents and assisting clients in the correct and effective use of the system • Deliver system and/or business consulting requests, including workshops, training, integration and unit testing, assisted operations, on-call support, feasibility studies, and market research • Participate in project implementations with clients, leading process design workshops and gap mapping • Prepare BPPs (Business Process Procedures), requirements documents, technical specifications, and test scenarios • Act as the bridge between the client and the development team • Identify and recommend product improvements or new opportunities to maximize the value delivered to the company and to clients • Support the marketing team in creating specialized, useful, and relevant external-facing content
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Forest Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar role • Experience with GIS applied to the forestry sector • Experience with the Esri platform (ArcGIS) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Familiarity with cloud tools/platforms • Knowledge of Oracle database (PL/SQL) • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to the work • Advanced English or Spanish • Energetic and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency for deliveries • Direct, clear, and concise communication • Punctual and disciplined in time management • Empathy and focus on internal and external customer satisfaction • Analytical and inquisitive profile, with strong critical thinking for decision-making • Ability to coordinate and negotiate • Organized and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving strategic objectives
