📋 Description

• You are responsible for the strategic development of the Enterprise Architecture portfolio with a focus on NAF / ADMBw at the management level. • You shape the professional definition of methods, architectural deliverables, and standards, and ensure their sustainable implementation. • You develop Enterprise Architecture competencies deliberately, coach teams, and strengthen professional exchange. • You contribute to the further development of methods, reference architectures, and standards in the context of NAF / ADMBw and represent infodas in committees and expert working groups. • You support our proposal processes in terms of content and concept, position architectural approaches in customer dialogues, and contribute to the market perception of the portfolio. • You position our service offerings both technically and methodologically with customers, partners, and in the market—for example through presentations, panels, trade shows, and selected LinkedIn and specialist articles.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a completed degree in IT or a comparable technical qualification and several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture. • You have in-depth knowledge of NAF and ADMBw and experience in methodology, modeling, and application in complex projects. • You have a deep technical understanding of IT architectures (e.g., data flows, interfaces, services, IT security, compliance) and can link architectural decisions to strategic objectives. • Ideally, you already have experience with public sector clients, defense, or safety-critical organizations. • You present confidently and persuasively in presentations, talks, panels, and client meetings and enjoy making and representing strategic and technical topics visible. • You think analytically, are structured, work independently, and are a true team player. • Very good German and good English skills are expected.
