📋 Description
• Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials, including e-mail compaignes, banners, social media graphics, promotional assets • Design and produce motion graphics to support digital campaigns, new product features, and storytelling efforts • Sometimes produce designs for events: print materials, merch, stage/booth design etc • Understand target audience needs and behaviours, translating insights into compelling and user-friendly design solutions • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives • Create designs that adapt to different platforms and ensure optimal user experiences across diverse marketing channels • Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials, adhering to established design guidelines • Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas into marketing materials to enhance overall visual appeal
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience • Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar • Skilled in AI tools: Midjourney / Stable diffusion, etc • Strong portfolio showcasing projects • Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines • Fluency in English (B2 and above) • BONUS POINTS: Multilingual, especially in Russian • Experience in VR projects • Experience creating motion graphics • Experience in 3D
