📋 Description

• You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of security measures across the entire company. • You will work closely with central IT and other departments to effectively plan, prioritize and coordinate security-related activities. • Together with the IT teams, you will develop technical security concepts based on risk, threat and vulnerability analyses. • You implement security measures, optimize existing solutions and think innovatively to continually improve security procedures. • You define clear procedures and action guidelines for the prevention and management of security incidents. • In critical situations, you make quick, well-founded decisions and communicate them clearly and efficiently within the organization. • In addition, you take responsibility for collaborating with external security experts and service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT security (e.g., as an IT Security Engineer, Cyber Security Architect, IT Security Manager or Security Operations Manager) • Experience securing Windows domains, IT systems and networks, and a solid understanding of the challenges and best practices in IT security • Independent and structured working style with a highly solution-oriented mindset to implement security measures effectively • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor to explain complex security topics clearly and understandably • Business-fluent German and fluent English (both at least C1 level) • Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a team to achieve common goals
