📋 Description

• Lead Fit-to-Template workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions • Demonstrate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP processes during Show-and-Tell workshops and solution walkthroughs • Provide functional expertise for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution processes • Configure and support SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP functionalities • Identify process gaps, assess business impacts, and recommend solution approaches • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, enhancements, and integrations • Support integration across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and other SAP modules • Assist with Integration Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing • Support data migration, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning • Provide defect resolution during testing cycles and hypercare phases • Develop functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials • Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency) • Project-related mobility/willingness to travel • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects • 3+ end-to-end implementation experiences • Strong understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing processes • Experience facilitating Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Template workshops • Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Primary skill: SAP S/4HANA ePPDS (Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) • Secondary skill: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP)
