📋 Description

• Work on global projects with a global team and support from over 330,000 technical staff from the parent organization • Contribute to consulting go-to-market offerings and innovative solutions for C-Suite executives to understand and mitigate cyber risks • Direct and lead NIST CSF risk assessments • Oversee the design of innovative services incorporating AI and ML where valuable • Support presales, sales, and account management pursuits as a subject matter expert • Collaborate with client security, IT, and compliance teams • Direct and oversee development and implementation of cybersecurity policies • Conduct risk assessments • Ensure adherence to global security standards and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant undergrad or post grad degree in Infosec, Cyber Security, or IT Security • 1-5 years+ of experience in cyber security/infosec • Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) at C2 proficiency and English at C2 proficiency • Project-related mobility/willingness to travel • Good understanding of NIST CSF • Understanding of ISO27001, NIS2, SOX, GDPR, and DORA • Experience with cyber due diligence assessments • Experience with third-party and supply chain cyber risk management • Experience reviewing incident response plans • Experience supporting bids, RFP responses, and proposals • Experience with Crisis Management Exercises (CMX) • Accreditation such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, GSTRT, or GCPM • Experience designing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and RACI matrices • Experience designing cybersecurity roadmaps • Experience supporting post-incident reviews • Experience reading and summarizing Cyber Threat Intelligence reports • Experience with cybersecurity compliance programs • Experience conducting cybersecurity risk or maturity assessments • Experience designing and/or delivering awareness training • Experience working on Identity and Access Management projects • Experience working on Privileged Access Management projects • Ability to balance technical and commercial considerations to develop practical client advice or solutions • Ability to build effective business relationships at all levels • Ability to support and oversee less experienced staff • Ability to explain complex cyber methodologies in accessible non-technical language
