📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across industries • Provide expert advice on IAM strategies • Mentor junior team members • Ensure IAM solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements • Identify and address IAM requirements with senior stakeholders and technical teams • Develop and maintain the IAM strategic vision and technical roadmap • Serve as technical authority for IAM decisions and provide escalation support • Implement and manage IGA solutions, including provisioning, RBAC, and access certification • Assess and mitigate IAM risks using risk-based methodologies • Integrate IAM into enterprise architecture, policies, technology selection, and development methodologies • Drive Secure by Design adoption throughout the system development lifecycle • Perform access reviews, identity lifecycle management, and security testing • Engage with industry bodies and regulatory frameworks • Review third-party IAM solutions and vendor offerings • Advise on MFA, SSO, and PAM • Monitor and analyze emerging IAM threats, vulnerabilities, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IAM • Experience working with recognized consulting brands and large commercial sector clients • Deep expertise in IAM and hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions • Experience with cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of modern cryptography, PKI, and IAM best practices • Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, DevSecOps, and microservices • Extensive experience in identity governance, access management, and advanced threat mitigation • Expert understanding of ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST, NIS2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS • Experience managing IAM projects and balancing security, business, and operational needs • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams • Experience with IAM automation, orchestration tools, and CI/CD pipeline integration • Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud IAM architecture and cloud-native applications • Knowledge of IAM incident management and response strategies • Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or IT Security • 1–5+ years in cybersecurity/infosec • Stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating information • C2 proficiency in the country’s official language(s) and English • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel • CISSP or CISM certification • Additional IAM or cloud security certifications • Experience in pre-sales and bid writing for IAM engagements • Experience leading IAM programs in complex environments • Expertise in IAM standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
