📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to identify and address IAM requirements across multiple sectors • Design and implement secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions • Develop and maintain the IAM strategic vision and technical roadmap • Serve as the technical authority for IAM decisions and provide guidance and escalation support • Implement and manage identity governance and administration solutions, including user provisioning, RBAC, and access certification • Assess and mitigate identity and access management risks using risk-based methodologies • Integrate IAM considerations into enterprise architecture, policies, technology selection, and development methodologies • Drive adoption of Secure by Design principles throughout the system development lifecycle • Perform access reviews, identity lifecycle management, and security testing • Engage with industry bodies and regulatory frameworks to align with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and GDPR • Conduct technical reviews of third-party IAM solutions and vendor offerings • Advise on advanced IAM technologies including MFA, SSO, and PAM • Monitor and analyse emerging IAM threats, vulnerabilities, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IAM • Experience working with recognized consulting brands and large commercial sector clients • Hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP • Proficiency in securing identities, managing access controls, and protecting data • Understanding of modern cryptography, PKI, and IAM best practices • Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, DevSecOps, and microservices • Extensive experience in identity governance, access management, and advanced threat mitigation • Expert-level understanding of ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST, NIS2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS • Experience managing IAM projects • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams across diverse IAM disciplines • Experience with IAM automation and orchestration tools and CI/CD pipeline integration • Understanding of cloud IAM architecture for hybrid and multi-cloud environments and cloud-native applications • Knowledge of IAM incident management and response strategies • Experience supporting SOC teams with IAM-related security breaches • Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or IT Security • 1–5 years+ in cyber security/infosec • Stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information • C2 proficiency in the country's official language(s) and English • Willingness to travel/project-related mobility • CISSP or CISM certification • Additional IAM or cloud security certifications, such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or CIAM • Experience in pre-sales and bid writing for IAM engagements • Experience leading IAM programs in complex environments • Expertise in IAM standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
