📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end pursuit and sales cycles for large, complex learning transformation deals • Shape solution blueprints, proposals, and client narratives positioning Infosys as a learning transformation partner • Build relationships with Learning and Talent stakeholders and business leaders to identify learning innovation and growth opportunities • Collaborate across Infosys Consulting, Infosys Ltd, and BPM to integrate learning into technology, HR, and business transformation programmes • Contribute to thought leadership, go-to-market collateral, and campaigns • Oversee design and delivery of complex learning programmes • Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for delivery teams • Lead globally distributed teams, offshore delivery, and vendor partnerships • Drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across delivery portfolios • Manage design and development capability at scale and maintain competitive standards • Develop perspectives and frameworks on AI in learning, skills intelligence, and Learning-as-a-Service • Build partnerships across the learning technology ecosystem, including LXPs, LMS, and skills intelligence vendors • Provide stretching opportunities, coaching, feedback, and support to team members • Lead collaborative innovation sessions and foster a learning culture • Define and improve best-practice development processes for scalable, high-quality solutions • Reinforce company values and address disrespectful behaviour • Integrate quickly with new teams and contribute as a team player

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in one or more of: Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling Strategy, or Learning Systems Integration (SI) • 10–15+ years of experience in Learning, Talent, or Workforce Transformation, ideally within consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation environments • Proven ability to sell and lead multi-million-dollar learning transformation programmes from strategy through delivery • Deep understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital learning platforms, and global content supply chains • Experience leading large, cross-functional, and global teams in matrixed and multi-vendor environments • Strong executive presence and influencing skills with C-suite stakeholders • High commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into measurable learning outcomes • Strong personal impact, resilience, and gravitas • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to complex problems • Excellent attention to detail and drive for quality • Skilled in facilitating collaboration and motivating teams • Ability to identify and manage risks and issues during client engagements • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills • Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information • Written and verbal communication skills in German or French • C2 proficiency in the country’s official language(s) and English • Ideally, a primary degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as learning design, education, digital pedagogy, product design, or digital development • Ideally, experience with a digital learning products or services organisation and emerging learning technologies • Passion for AI, data, and human-centred design approaches
