âą Support Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with trial operations âą Track trial documentation and conduct Trial Master File (TMF) activities, including uploading, indexing, and quality verification âą Ensure compliance with regulatory standards âą Enter and maintain critical trial data across internal systems âą Maintain operational trackers âą Prepare operational reports and presentation materials for clinical trial updates âą Assist CRAs/monitors with daily administrative and operational duties
đŻ Requirements
âą Active student status required âą Preferably pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Life Sciences field âą Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint âą Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva âą Practical understanding of AI tools âą Good command of English, minimum B2 level âą Excellent organizational abilities âą Strong attention to detail âą Proactive attitude âą Clear communication skills
