âą Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for Germany, aligned with global strategy and local business priorities. âą Partner with the Senior Marketing Lead to identify local opportunities and deliver impactful, insight-led campaigns that drive growth and strengthen brand relevance. âą Manage agency relationships, including briefing, timelines, contracts, budgets, and end-to-end delivery. âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. PR, media, social, product marketing, performance marketing) to activate campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. âą Adapt and localize global marketing initiatives to ensure cultural relevance and local resonance. âą Track campaign performance and support reporting, optimization, and knowledge sharing. âą Ensure all marketing activity reflects brand values and delivers against business and brand KPIs in the German market.
âą 8+ years in a marketing role, preferably with experience at a fast paced startup or technology company âą Deep understanding of the German market, with proven experience activating local consumer insights through impactful marketing initiatives âą Creative and analytical thinker with proven ability to champion world class creative marketing programs that deliver results âą An integrated marketing mindset with experience in amplifying campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels âą Experience in co-marketing activations and sponsorships is a strong plus âą Solid business acumen to understand key business and consumer levers that unlock growth âą Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional internal teams âą Willingness to regularly travel internationally and nationally âą Record of success in measurement of ROI, and accountability for results âą Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment âą Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy and idea clearly and succinctly âą Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
