📋 Description

• Assist the Project Director with cross-functional responsibilities, including client relations, project management, organization of project phases and deliverables, and contractual and financial monitoring. • Ensure the technical quality of the project. • Lead project design activities with the department’s engineers and design technicians. • Manage interfaces with other technical disciplines, including traffic, environmental engineering, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, bridges and structures, and road equipment. • Lead and contribute to the preparation of technical reports and cost estimates. • Work on design engineering assignments for major linear infrastructure projects for motorway concession operators, the government, and major development authorities. • Work with a high degree of autonomy, depending on the project.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a general engineering degree with a specialization in civil engineering, urban development, or transportation. • You have 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years) in engineering, ideally on design engineering projects involving linear infrastructure or urban development. • Technical knowledge of infrastructure, including urban roads, highways, public transportation, and urban development. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. • Excellent written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Rigor, organizational skills, a strong service orientation, and effective communication with teams. • Travel will be required, particularly for client meetings and/or site visits (approximately twice a week).
