📋 Description

• Lead the design of new and existing structures, including bridges, viaducts, and underground structures • Ensure the technical quality, timely delivery, and budgetary control of projects • Manage contractual matters with clients and partners • Support teams on complex technical issues • Develop client relationships and respond to tenders in France • Drive international development, particularly for major bridges, in collaboration with the Group’s subsidiaries • Promote the division’s expertise within professional civil engineering networks • Contribute to strategic discussions on innovation, artificial intelligence, and existing structures • Gradually take on responsibility for the organization and management of the division

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering • Approximately 15 years of experience in the design of bridges and major structures, ideally in an engineering consultancy or design management environment • Experience managing projects • International experience, ideally involving major structures • Initial management experience is a plus • Technically recognized, with the ability to support teams on complex issues • Strong command of contractual matters • Well-established network within the civil engineering sector • Professional English is essential • Position based in Lyon or Rueil-Malmaison, France
