📋 Description

• Lead the design of new and existing structures, including bridges, viaducts and underground structures • Ensure the technical quality, timely delivery and budgetary control of projects • Manage contractual matters with clients and partners • Support teams on complex technical issues • Develop client relationships and respond to tenders in France • Drive international development, particularly for major bridges, in cooperation with the Group’s subsidiaries • Promote the division’s expertise within professional civil engineering networks • Contribute to strategic discussions on innovation, artificial intelligence and existing structures • Gradually assume greater responsibility for the organization and leadership of the division

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree in civil or structural engineering • Approximately 15 years of experience designing bridges and structures, ideally in an engineering consultancy or design supervision environment • Experience leading projects • International experience, ideally involving major structures • Initial management experience is a plus • Technically recognized, with the ability to support teams on complex issues • Strong command of contractual matters • Eager to develop the business, with an established network in the civil engineering sector • Professional proficiency in English is essential
