📋 Description

• Lead high-value Salesforce projects in an agile development environment • Work with business stakeholders, technical staff, and partners to deliver solutions improving sales and sales-support productivity • Evaluate enhancement requests for need, feasibility, and platform optimization • Build consensus on harmonized functional requirements and prioritize them by anticipated business impact • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and develop product roadmap recommendations • Contribute to planning and prioritization of work • Oversee testing, change management, deployment, documentation, training, communication, and user enablement • Advance CRM analytics to provide actionable insights for Go-To-Market teams and identify growth opportunities • Maintain documentation of CRM processes • Manage product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and feature delivery • Track and ensure timely resolution of risks, blockers, issues, and bugs • Review, test, and measure CRM enhancement business impact and ROI • Develop test cases and UAT plans and oversee business user acceptance testing • Monitor Salesforce releases and evaluate or implement new features and solutions • Develop training materials and facilitate Salesforce end-user training with Regional CRM Leads and Power Users • Measure and report performance, achievements, and outcomes • Participate in cross-functional CRM teams addressing strategic business issues • Partner with Salesforce and vendor Customer Success teams to drive engagement, adoption, utilization, and capability development • Report to the Global CRM Manager and collaborate with Global IT, Regional CRM leads, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of increasing responsibility and impact in business analysis, product management, data analysis, system administration, solution architecture, or business intelligence • Experience managing and/or implementing technology-enabled end-to-end Customer Relationship Management • Familiarity with Sales, Marketing and/or Commercial processes • Understanding of lead-to-cash processes, preferably within a B2B manufacturing environment • Experience working in a B2B environment and/or manufacturing industry, preferably food, nutritional, specialty chemical, or other relevant B2B environments • Salesforce certification highly desired, such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant • Deep Salesforce expertise or translatable experience with other CRM platforms, including system administration, user setup and maintenance, role hierarchy, profiles and permissions, security, page layouts, objects, fields, workflow, approval processes, formulas, queues, assignment rules, and data management • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred • Experience leading and managing complex projects with change management • Experience with software development methodologies, tools, and best practices • Strong quantitative analysis skills, including advanced Excel knowledge • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and solve complex problems • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel up to 15%+ of the time
