📋 Description

• Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives involving hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, on-premises infrastructure, application modernisation, and large-scale migration programmes • Assess current state and business objectives • Design enterprise target-state architectures across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments • Lead migration of mission-critical applications, workloads, databases, data platforms, and infrastructure across on-premises environments and cloud platforms • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps • Establish architecture governance frameworks and technology standards • Mitigate migration risks and provide architectural oversight throughout programme delivery • Drive infrastructure, application, and data modernisation initiatives • Lead assessments of existing environments and dependency mapping • Design scalable, secure, and resilient on-premises and hybrid solutions • Define networking, identity, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery architectures • Establish Infrastructure as Code and automation standards • Assess enterprise application portfolios and determine optimal migration approaches • Guide application modernisation and platform engineering efforts • Define replication, synchronisation, and cutover strategies • Ensure high availability, performance, security, and data integrity throughout migration programmes • Design modern data architecture supporting AI and business intelligence workloads • Evaluate distributed inference and AI platform deployment strategies across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments • Define scalable AI infrastructure patterns leveraging Kubernetes and platform services

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, or related roles • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise migration and modernisation programmes • Strong background in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architecture • Hands-on experience with enterprise datacentres, cloud platforms, and distributed systems • Experience delivering transformation initiatives involving infrastructure, applications, databases, and data platforms • Infrastructure and Platform Engineering • Security Architecture and Governance • Enterprise workload modernisation • Data platform migration and modernisation initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and RFP responses • Ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into technical solutions • Fluent English
