âą Responsible for meeting medical sales objectives and managing multiple priorities and projects within a defined sales territory âą Develop and maintain sales targets within assigned area through established territory sales plans, expense plan goals and objectives âą Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary, as discussed and approved in writing by the immediate supervisor âą Develops and implements special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities âą Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals including physicians, medical staff, pharmacies, etc. âą To promote and detail the benefits of promoted product to professionals and paraprofessionals in the medical field through effective, pre-planned promotional methods tailored to the specific and unique need of each customer âą Providing expert assistance in the preparation and facilitation of medical education programs to key opinion leaders âą Maintain a proficient level of product and disease knowledge in line with therapeutic areas accountable for âą Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned
âą Minimum of 2 yearsâ relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry âą Proficient in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals âą Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management âą Confidently led requirements development sessions and workshops in a software context âą Developed project documentation that reflects requirements i.e., functional requirements specifications or requirements traceability matrixes âą Demonstrated excellent project management capability from initial planning through to delivery âą Taken ownership of end-to-end processes from engaging the stakeholder for the initial session to deliverable/output signoff
âą Occasional business travel may be required âą Adhere to company values at all times
