📋 Description

• Lead the technology dimension of acquisitions and new market launches across InPost Group • Coordinate pre-acquisition technical due diligence and manage external assessment partners • Consolidate due diligence findings into structured assessments of risks, gaps and integration complexity • Lead post-acquisition technology integration across people, processes, systems and budgeting • Review acquired entities’ technology landscapes, define milestones and drive delivery • Prepare new markets for launch by defining architecture, tooling, access, technical requirements and process standards • Monitor OneTech Standard adoption, identify local exceptions and coordinate resolution or formal approval • Collaborate with market-side technology leads, architecture and domain teams, People teams and external due diligence partners • Develop and maintain integration playbooks, templates, status documentation and a knowledge base of lessons learned • Create alignment and maintain integration momentum without formal line-management authority

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technology integration, M&A technology or a related area • At least 3 years of project or programme management experience • Experience working with stakeholders across markets and within an international organisation • Ability to assess technology landscapes and identify gaps against defined standards • Solid understanding of IT architecture principles and enterprise systems • Structured approach to managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, milestones and delivery reporting • Strong communication and influencing skills across cultures and seniority levels • Ability to drive adoption and outcomes without direct authority • Fluency in English • Active use of AI tools for research, documentation, analysis and reporting • Experience coordinating technology due diligence processes is an advantage • Knowledge of M&A or integration management frameworks is an advantage • Experience in IT architecture, solution design, change management or technology adoption is an advantage • Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL or a comparable operational framework is an advantage • Familiarity with the European technology regulatory and compliance environment is an advantage • Experience in logistics, e-commerce or a similar industry is an advantage • A project management certification or ITIL Foundation qualification is an advantage
