📋 Description

• Define and drive the long-term Platform Engineering roadmap • Make strategic architectural and technology decisions across the platform domain • Establish engineering standards, cloud-native practices, and quality benchmarks • Lead the adoption of a platform-centric operating model and self-service capabilities • Provide technical leadership for the migration from on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Shape the technical foundations for scalable and secure AI adoption • Partner with Staff Engineers, engineering leaders, and cross-domain stakeholders to deliver a unified platform vision

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in Platform Engineering at scale • Broad expertise spanning Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Developer Experience, and Architecture • Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service ecosystems • Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams without relying on formal authority • Proven ownership, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset • Passion for mentoring senior technical talent and raising engineering standards
