📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day engagement for founder accounts across X and LinkedIn • Identify relevant accounts, audiences, posts, and conversations for engagement • Write thoughtful, natural replies to increase visibility and build meaningful connections • Adapt replies to each founder’s individual tone of voice • Research client industries and monitor relevant conversations, trends, and news • Analyze performance to identify effective accounts, replies, topics, and approaches • Track impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile visits, and other metrics • Test and optimize targeting, reply styles, timing, and engagement approaches • Collaborate with the wider SMM team on founders’ social presence and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts, communities, or engagement, ideally with a strong focus on X • Strong understanding of X culture and intentional reply-based account growth • Excellent written English and ability to write naturally and conversationally • Strong understanding of tone of voice and ability to switch between founder personalities • Analytical mindset and ability to adjust based on performance data • Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand fintech, crypto, AI, and emerging tech topics • Good judgment in targeting accounts and conversations • Ability to manage consistent engagement volume without sacrificing quality • Instinct for human-sounding replies that are not generic, repetitive, or AI-generated • Experience with analytics or social intelligence tools is a bonus • Experience with AI-assisted workflows or vibe coding tools such as Claude Code is a bonus • Experience building or using agents, automations, or internal tools is a bonus • Share examples of managed accounts and measurable outcomes where possible • Share typical high-quality reply output per week or month
