📋 Description

• Own the founder’s calendar and routine end-to-end • Monitor the founder’s 24-hour cadence, anticipate delays, track commitments, and prevent low-value work • Act as an authoritative gatekeeper and direct focus toward top priorities • Establish boundary control against distractions and enforce deadlines • Dynamically adjust daily workflows to maintain momentum • Capture and synthesize rapid-fire ideas into action items, delegation tracks, and project scopes • Co-work with AI engines and translate raw AI outputs into finalized operational assets • Identify tasks for delegation to project managers or contractors • Maintain a 100% completion standard and close remaining loose ends • Investigate delayed tasks and identify structural bottlenecks • Track multi-project timelines across music production, client engagements, and consulting initiatives • Manage asset handoffs using Dropbox • Maintain basic operational awareness of studio production environments

🎯 Requirements

• C1 English level required; selected candidate will speak strictly in English during the whole shift • Must submit resume and audio recording in English • High agency, emotional maturity, confidence, and resilience • Assertive, driven, proactive, and comfortable managing up • Obsessive attention to detail and high operational standards • Comfortable using AI agents, LLMs, and modern automation tools daily • Extremely proactive communication style; comfortable pressing for answers and asking direct questions • Familiarity with Manus, Gemini, Claude, Instinct, Marbleism, Dropbox, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp • Basic working knowledge of Avid Pro Tools and audio production workflows is a major plus • Must provide a publicly accessible 30–90 second English audio or video recording • Must upload a screenshot of an internet speed test result • Must provide a portfolio link without contact information
