📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI solutions • Define model architectures and data pipelines • Integrate AI with enterprise systems and cloud environments • Mentor the team and review code and models • Participate in product and technical roadmap decisions • Develop Full Stack applications using React and JavaScript on the front end and Python on the back end • Incorporate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into developed products • Develop conversational solutions capable of interpreting context, understanding user needs, and guiding the conversation • Build and integrate AI agents that operate sequentially and in coordination • Participate in solution planning, contributing from understanding the business need through defining technical approaches and delivery • Develop integrations between applications, APIs, language models, and enterprise systems • Work hands-on on the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and MLflow • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Strong analytical skills and business acumen • Experience with Full Stack development • Solid knowledge of React and JavaScript for front-end development • Experience with Python for back-end development • Knowledge of APIs and system integration • Hands-on experience incorporating LLMs into applications and products • Knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration • Ability to understand business needs, support solution planning, and technically lead implementation • Autonomy, proactivity, and a mindset suited to a senior-level position • Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a technical reference for projects
