📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Full fluency in Castilian Spanish and Euskera/Basque • English at B1 level or above • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable using technology, digital platforms and online tools • Ability to stay calm and empathetic when handling customer issues • Attention to detail • Ability to adapt quickly to new products, processes and customer situations • Comfortable working in a diverse international team • Availability for a 24/7 rotational support environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays • Willingness to work 40 hours per week and 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break • Previous customer service experience is valuable but not required • Candidates must be able to work in Portugal; international candidates must relocate to Portugal
