📋 Description

• Execute and ensure accurate, compliant control environments under local accounting standards and reporting requirements • Prepare statutory financial statements and in-country compliance requirements, including VAT compilations, government IDs, and filings • Liaise with business owners to clarify and meet processes and deadlines • Coordinate with the SSG India team to prepare audit schedules for local statutory audits • Provide ad hoc financial analysis support to Finance and the business • Support transition of Treasury and P2P accounting processes with the SSG team in India • Perform ad hoc administrative duties related to compliance matters • Plan and execute statutory and compliance activities to meet reporting deadlines • Document technical accounting decisions clearly and logically

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced accountant with good knowledge of Treasury, banking, and P2P processes in Finland • Fluent in both Finnish and English, verbally and in writing • Willingness to go beyond day-to-day tasks to unlock challenges and opportunities • Experience with NetSuite desired but not required • Background checks are required for employment where permitted by country, state/province • Ability to reside in Finland; ideally Helsinki • Part-time availability
