📋 Description

• Conduct proactive collection efforts with customers whose payments are overdue • Contact customers by phone and through digital platforms • Identify the reasons for nonpayment and seek solutions to regularize outstanding debts • Negotiate payment amounts, terms, and deadlines • Monitor negotiated agreements through to full settlement • Follow up with delinquent customers • Record and update customer service and negotiation information in the system • Work toward collection targets and performance indicators • Contribute to reducing the company’s delinquency rates • Provide professional, respectful, and solution-focused service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in collections, negotiation, sales, customer service, customer support, call centers, or similar areas • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections • Persuasive, solution-oriented profile • Ability to work with targets and performance indicators • Organization and discipline to work remotely • Proactivity and commitment • Strong follow-up and tracking skills • Preferred: previous experience with proactive collections and delinquency recovery • Preferred: experience with financial negotiations • Preferred: knowledge of CRM or management systems • Preferred: experience providing customer service via WhatsApp and phone • Preferred: experience in companies within the education sector • Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Commission: 2% of the product’s total value for 1 to 11 sales • Commission: 2.5% of the product’s total value for 12 to 15 sales • R$800.00 bonus upon reaching 12 to 15 sales • Commission: 3% of the product’s total value for 16 or more sales • R$500.00 bonus upon reaching 21 sales
