📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Drive customer intimacy through proactive engagement with procurement and planning contacts • Provide proactive back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams • Manage escalation and exception requests on customer orders and supply • Coordinate sample requests and new product introduction (NPI) support • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and account summaries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years in a customer operations, inside sales, or sales operations role • Familiarity with high-touch technical sales and distribution models • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and ERP tools • Fluency in English and the local language of the region
