• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in partnership with the field sales team • Provide proactive back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams for specific assigned accounts • Work directly with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design related inquiries • Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders placed through distributors • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and account summaries for internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of related working experience • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment either independently or in a team • Understanding of FPGA sales process is an advantage
